Ingathering info for Fall Rally in Lovell
C.A.R.E.S

Crisis and Referral Emergency Service is a crisis intervention service serving victims of all crime, including domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. We are your advocate and referral agency. We provide prevention education to schools and community groups, and volunteer training to raise
awareness of violence issues. We will accompany victims to court to offer support, we provide an orientation to the court and judicial system handbook to victims and witnesses and are the representative in Big Horn County for the Wyoming crime victims’ compensation fund. We offer assistance in person or over the phone with crisis intervention and advocacy, in order to better victims’ lives. We can also keep you informed on the status of your case. We can provide safe house shelter and assistance filling protection orders.

They accept monetary donations, but they are also in need of towels, travel size shampoos, conditioner, soaps, disposable razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, feminine products, diapers
and baby wipes.

Bring your monetary gifts or items to the Fall Rally in Lovell on Oct. 24, 2026.

LWML YELLOWSTONE ZONE
SPRING WORKSHOP

APRIL 26, 2025

The Yellowstone zone met on April 26 in Cody for our spring workshop. Pastor Benson led opening and closing devotions and also presented a Bible study on the National Convention theme "Growing in God's Grace" based on 2 Peter 3:18. He took us to the beginning of the chapter, and we found the study very enlightening.

Right before lunch all the ladies were given a packet of seeds with the Bible verse printed on them and then they were to find the lady with the matching packet and visit a bit and possibly eat lunch with them.

After lunch we did a skit "Finding God in the Grocery Store" to kick off our fall rally ingathering for the Greybull food pantry. Our young women's representative Catelynn Kloksiem also joined in the skit. It was great to meet her.

We are getting excited for the Convention coming up very soon.
